From the Richmond Hill School
As the new Headteacher of Richmond Hill School, it is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to you. Richmond Hill is a two-site, child-centered, outstanding main special school for children between the ages of 4 and 11 who have severe and complicated needs. Each student will have a plan for their education, health, and care (EHCP). The school expanded in September 2016 to incorporate a new purpose-built structure that is located two kilometres from the original site. Future expansion will result in a total of 240 spots. Years 1 through 3 are taught at the new location; years 4 through 6 are taught at the previous location. Everyone who visits can easily see how the competent and supporting staff creates a loving environment that allows students to reach their full potential and have a variety of enriching and enjoyable experiences. The students at Richmond Hill are given the chance to succeed to the best of their abilities because to the school's "can do" attitude and ongoing improvement drive. I am extremely pleased of the entire faculty at the school and how dedicated they are to assisting each student in making their own progress and acquiring the necessary life skills. The core of school life is the exceptional ethos and the motto "learning with respect and confidence." The purpose of the website is to provide you with a quick overview of Richmond Hill School. Please get in touch with us if you need any more details; we'll be pleased to assist you.
