Every child has equal value in our eyes. We seek to develop the whole child via partnerships with parents and carers, by attending to their needs in a secure and nurturing environment, and by embracing diversity. We think education ought to be interesting, worthwhile, and difficult. Our goal is to create and foster learners who are proud of their efforts and accomplishments, resilient, and self-assured. We want to inspire and give kids great ambitions for the future in collaboration with families. With the help of our curriculum and other opportunities, we hope to encourage sustainability and a broader understanding of global challenges. We believe that our whole school community should work together in partnership with our children, staff, governors, parents and with the wider community to provide a safe, clean and stimulating environment, which will lead to effective teaching, high standards and successful learning. We explain to our kids what these principles entail, along with other important principles like the Fundamental British Values, and how we should live our lives in accordance with them. These specified values are not the only ones that guide our values-based work, and the School Council is crucial in shaping it for the entire school.
