From the Kingsmead School
Kingsmead School is unique as a consequence of extraordinary effort.
At 16 and 18 years old, our exam results have typically placed us in the top 30% of the country for progress, and in 2017, our A Level results placed us in the top 4%.
We've also been acknowledged as cutting-edge school behaviour practitioners by the SSAT, and we're committed to ensuring that students not only know where they want to go but also how to get there.
There is no such thing as talent or intelligence at Kingsmead.
Excellent performance and a "practise makes perfect" mentality alone will not ensure that our students have access to the future they deserve, therefore we also work to instil in them four fundamental principles that will be beneficial to them in the future.
We want their behaviour to demonstrate boldness, nurturing, teamwork, and rigour.
Please feel free to get in touch with us using the contact information on the bottom of this page or by tweeting us at @KingsmeadAc if you want to come see us, learn more, or chat with our team about Kingsmead.
Comments on the reasons that parents or carers sent their kids to Kingsmead School. As parents, we like the school's spirit and culture. '
Our daughter has a keen interest in drama and art, which is a major factor in our decision to send her to Kingsmead School.
She cherished the Open Day, and Kingsmead made her feel quite welcome.
We believe that Kingsmead School will be the local institution best suited to our son's personality in terms of both academics and personal growth.
The school, which was also our top pick and that of my daughter, had a great atmosphere, attitude, and character that I truly enjoyed.
The primary reason I want my kid to attend Kingsmead School is for my daughter, who is already enrolled there and will start sixth grade in 2018.
Our family enjoyed the school's ideals during our visit, and we believe our daughter will do well there.
"I've heard great things about this institution, including its rigorous standards.
I only want what is best for my son. ' Kingsmead has been an excellent choice for my older children and my daughter has always expressed a wish to attend Kingsmead as she finds the students well behaved and presented.
She plays percussion with the Enfield Music Service as well as the violin and will hopefully continue with her music at Kingsmead.
She was quite pleased with her open evening experience.
My daughter feels that Kingsmead gives opportunities to all students to express themselves and pursue their dreams.'. ' My son and I loved the school, especially when he saw the school orchestra.'. ' We were very impressed with the level of organisation at the open evening unlike most other schools we went to see.
We were also impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly all the staff and teachers were that we met.'. ' I would like my daughter to attend this school because it teaches the children to be independent and because it includes all backgrounds.'. ' I would like my child to attend Kingsmead as I believe this school has strong discipline procedures and no tolerance for bad behaviour.'.
