From the Bishop Stopford's School
An exceptional Christian school that accepts people of all faiths or none is Bishop Stopford's School. Bishop Stopford's School's highly qualified staff, the Governors, and I are dedicated to providing an inclusive education. Our school provides a dynamic, modern and exciting learning environment where academic successes go hand in hand with a powerful community ethos that puts each individual child at the centre and ensures a nurturing and harmonious community. At the heart of all our work here is the concept that, 'the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body' 1 Corinthians 12:12. We think that there are learning opportunities everywhere, and that a diverse curriculum and extracurricular activities encourage pupils to develop a passion of learning that lasts a lifetime. Our 'Outstanding' judgement for behaviour and attitude to learning in both our Ofsted and SIAMS inspections are indicative of living our everyday lives with five key values in mind; consideration, respect, loyalty, responsibility and success. We make sure that all kids have self-confidence, strive for excellence, and ultimately succeed.

Beware of any school that requires teachers to monitor the streets / shops after school.if the children are well behaved and school well managed, which this is obviously not, then this should not happen . Headmaster is useless when it comes to their bullying policy,it doesn't exist If I could give an option for zero stars I would .Awful school .
Not sure if this school has changed or how it ever got a good rating from Ofsted. Head teacher is about as much use as a chocolate teapot when it comes to their so called bullying policy. Rather than focusing on dealing with perpetrators who bullied my child for weeks then school felt it was more important to write threatening due to my child's increased absence from to help school that never made them feel...
