Thrumpton Primary Academy

The institution, which is located in the market town of Retford, has served local youngsters since its doors first opened in 1874. Our brand-new academy building, which was inaugurated in 2004, offers the warm, cheery, and exciting learning atmosphere that today's Thrumpton kids thrive in. Our goal is for every student to have excellent opportunities to grow academically and to achieve their goals. We achieve this by offering a comprehensive, well-balanced, and exciting curriculum, engaging students via excellent instruction, and making sure that we offer the right support for everyone. The academy embraces diversity, recognises difference, and helps kids understand their place in the community, and British values are ingrained in our curriculum. All students at Thrumpton Primary have a bright future ahead of them, and we want our kids to strive to be the greatest versions of themselves. Our staff will assist them in achieving these objectives. We place a lot of importance on maintaining tight ties to our neighbourhood.
