The kids have all adjusted well to Reception, and they've started out on a fascinating educational adventure. In Reception, we use our Continuous Provision both indoors and outdoors to learn through play. We make sure that our spaces allow kids to "Let your light shine" and that they achieve the Early Learning Goals. Numerous activities that encourage a love of storytelling and the language and knowledge of mathematics are available in our outdoor Sand Area. Our Measuring Station, which has a range of measuring jugs, cylinders, and funnels, serves as a demonstration for these activities. The Small World in our Sand Area is used to encourage story-telling activities. Balance, coordination, catching, and throwing are just a few of the physical development-focused topics in our outdoor provision. All of the play spaces in our Continuous Provision, such as the stage, playhouse, the home corner, little world, and construction, stimulate imaginative play. We are studying our nation and the principles we respect in Reception. The kids have been learning about democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and respect for one another. We make sure that these ideals are encouraged in every facet of the kids' education and growth. We are eager to assist the kids in their educational endeavours and see them grow throughout the year.
