From the Saint Ambrose College
Being entrusted with managing the College at such an exciting time makes me really happy to be the Principal at St. Ambrose College.
We are in a great position to continue our path of excellence and offer an exceptional education to every one of our students in light of our most recent Diocesan and OFSTED inspections, which gave the college grades in all areas of its work that were Outstanding. We are also extremely fortunate to have been named an Edmund Rice Lead International School, which presents us with a fantastic opportunity.
Our college's ethos, which is strongly based on Edmund Rice's eight principles, aspires to create open-minded, adaptable, and resilient people who have the knowledge and character to succeed in both the society of today and the one of tomorrow.
We are lucky to have first-rate facilities, including cutting-edge classrooms, sports options, and a swimming pool, as well as personnel that are always thinking ahead and empowering our students to be the source of their own success.
The College offers a wide variety of extracurricular pursuits.
Boys participate actively in the school's liturgical life.
On the school's enrollment list, there are about 1000 males, including more than 200 in the sixth form.
We are a Catholic college first and foremost, and this permeates all we do.
