From the Primrose Hill Primary School and Children's Centre
Primrose Hill first opened its doors in a brand-new structure in September 2007.
It has quickly expanded to become a crowded two-form entrance school.
With the help of this extension, we were able to build a brand-new nursery section and a few extra classrooms.
Despite the larger number of kids, we know each one by name and want them all to succeed at Primrose Hill by realising their full potential.
We have built a joyful, compassionate school where everyone has the same chances, where each person is highly appreciated, and where concern for others is at the heart of our work.
We offer a secure and loving learning environment created to identify and address the unique requirements of every child and equip them with the abilities needed to be lifelong learners and responsible citizens in a society that is constantly evolving.
In order to provide the children in our care with an education that will enable them to develop into self-assured and compassionate people, we strive to build on the foundations established in earlier years.
In September 2017, Primrose Hill hired a new Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and Assistant Headteacher.
They are concentrated on accelerating rates of advancement and elevating standards of achievement alongside a revitalised Senior Leadership Team and Governing Board.
The year 2018 was successful for Primrose Hill!
Although we noticed rises in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Year 1 phonics screening check scores, our Year 6 results show the most improvement.
The proportion of Year 6 students who met the anticipated benchmark in reading, writing, AND math increased by 37% in 2018!
Children were performing at a deeper level in school in bigger numbers than ever before!
Using the links to the DfE's Performance Service website, you may also access our most recent OFSTED report and evaluate Primrose Hill's performance.
To fulfil the demands of the "Every Child Matters" agenda, the Primrose Hill Primary School Fund generates money to support the following extracurricular activities.
The students in the school will benefit from these extra things and activities.
The amount of money earned at such activities is always disclosed to parents and other stakeholders.
The Headteacher shall include information on donations in his or her termly report to the Governors.
