Welcome to the webpage for Kinver High School. I'm the proud headteacher of Kinver High School, Nikki Clifton.
When I took over as head of Kinver High in December 2019, I was happy to discover a team and community who shared my aspirations for creating a top-notch learning environment for our kids.
I am aware of how important the partnership between home and school is to the growth of our pupils.
Our objective is straightforward: we want all students to grow into well-rounded, self-reliant, high-achieving, resilient, outward-looking persons who are proud of their school, its principles, and reputation.
Our curriculum is extensive and well-balanced, and it is created to make sure that every student gains the wide variety of abilities and traits necessary to be a productive member of society in addition to earning the highest quality, internationally recognised degrees.
Students make good progress, and the teaching is excellent.
2018 Ofsted
Kinver is a tiny 11–18 secondary school with a student population of roughly 600.
The fact that our secondary school is rather small for its size allows us to get to know each of our students well and support their learning and development in a close-knit community.
Our supportive learning environment encourages, acknowledges, and recognises every student's accomplishments and valuable contributions to school life as a whole.
All students have access to aid, direction, and the support they need to achieve thanks to our extensive student support system.
As a result, our students serve as the best possible ambassadors for the institution.
While academic work is significant at Kinver High at all levels, we believe that education should go beyond the classroom.
According to Ofsted 2018, the curriculum is well-balanced, and extracurricular activities significantly enhance students' learning.
Our straightforward message to children is that success comes from perseverance and lofty goals.
I hope that you will want to discover more of what Kinver High can offer you or your child and would encourage you to further explore our website to get to know us better.
You may access a wealth of significant and helpful information about the school and keep up with school life at Kinver through the website.
To schedule a visit if you're interested in learning more about our school, please get in touch with the Heads PA.
