The level of care given to each student throughout the school day will encourage their independence and self-worth. It will be possible to provide learning experiences that are appropriate for each child, building on their current understanding in order to advance and broaden their skills and knowledge, thanks to careful curriculum development and regular assessments of student progress. A smooth transition between Key Stages will guarantee advancement and consistency of the curriculum from the Foundation Stage to Key Stage 2.
