Welcoming you to Emmaus Church of England and Catholic Primary School is a tremendous pleasure for me.
We are a combined denominational school, the first of its kind in the UK, and we were established to educate the children of Croxteth Park and to grant the request for a joint church school from the Liverpool Diocese and Archdiocese.
We are honoured by all of our accomplishments.
We take special pride in the accomplishments the school community has made when working together while demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and understanding for one another's religious beliefs.
We were subjected to Section 48 Inspections in 2014 and 2019 by the Catholic Archdiocese and the Church of England Diocese, and we received an exceptional grade in every category.
We are dedicated to providing a rigorous and innovative curriculum that is appropriate for 21st-century learners and fully embraces modern technology and a global perspective.
We provide a variety of extracurricular activities, including choir, guitar, violin, brass, woodwind instruments, football, basketball, netball, cross country, fencing, and judo, in addition to following the National Curriculum and being a Center of Excellence for French.
Our mission is to support every child in achieving their maximum potential, developing into well-rounded, socially adept adults who are prepared to handle the rigours of the adult world and demonstrate a genuine sense of social responsibility.
