For children ages 0 to 5, the Early Years Foundation Stage is the required curriculum. Our Nursery and Reception sessions fall under the purview of the EYFS. Our curriculum pushes students to grow into independent, motivated learners who are interested in their surroundings. Our kids are cared for in a safe setting and encouraged to explore, inquire, and take risks both inside and outside the classroom. Our kids advance quickly in a child-centered environment, enabling a smooth transition into Key Stage 1. Seven areas of learning form the foundation of the Early Years curriculum. Whether entering Nursery or Reception, it is crucial that the move into school is seamless and effective. So, before kids start school in September, we offer a home visit. This enables the parent and kid to meet the teacher in the comfort of their own home.

An incredible school which ticks every box! My child thrives here and it’s thanks to all the wonderful staff who know the children so well.
Bullying, physical violence, racism, homophobia and sharing of innapropriate images has become a standard every day thing at Danetree. It used to be a wonderful school but does not appear to have recovered since after covid. Will not be sending my younger child there.
