Unfortunately this is not a school I would recommend to any parent looking for a good secondary school for their child. There are serious safeguarding issues that the school chooses to ignore, both by children and teachers, the quality of teaching is low and there is no engagement or support provided to children in years 9-11. Really disappointing school. The school is more focused on uniform policies (which are not enforced consistently) than important topics such as quality of teaching and providing safe environment for children to learn. The senior leadership team does not effectively provide direction or take action to improve the school. Maths and science teaching need to be significantly improved. Science is an area that was also noted for improvement in the latest Ofsted report, and the school's...
Really disappointing school. The focus is more on inconsistently handing out minus points to students for minor things than focusing in the quality of the teaching and the students wellbeing. Serious issues are whitewashed and students feel unsupported . Some of the teachers conduct laves a lot to be desired.
