The John Fielding Special School is a co-ed all-through school in Boston, East Midlands. With a student teacher ratio of 6:1 and a strong focus on individualized support, the school provides a nurturing environment for students aged 2-19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Moderate Learning Difficulty (MLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty (PMLD), and Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD). Led by Mr Aaron Bloodworth-Flatt, the school offers a comprehensive curriculum and ensures that pupils enjoy school while making good progress. With effective safeguarding procedures, dedicated staff receive support for professional development. Although further development in reading skills is needed for older pupils, the leadership maintains a high quality of education. The school values parental involvement and strives to create a positive and inclusive learning experience for all students.
