SEN
From the School
All students should receive a suitable education that is based on the Foundation/National Curriculum and is modified as needed to fit the requirements of the individual students. Being completely inclusive inside the school reflects the demands we make on the larger society. Instead of dividing students into ability categories, age groupings will be used for instruction. Offer a variety of educational opportunities that involve local community organisations, aid organisations, and educational excursions. Respect and acknowledge each student's progress, no matter how tiny the steps. Ensure a multisensory setting. Boost self-esteem through living up to our ideals, being kind to one another, and treating everyone with respect, including students and staff. Be understanding of each student, especially while providing intimate treatment, and respect each person's privacy. Be encouraging when teaching students acceptable ways to communicate their emotions. Make a challenging and stimulating learning environment available. The Eresby School believes it is critical to collaborate with other institutions and groups in an environment of mutual challenge in order to promote best practises and ensure outstanding results for all students. With its partner schools, the school is currently taking part in formal peer reviews to promote Lincolnshire's goal of sector-led school development. The goal is to ensure that every student in our schools receives the best education possible via collaborative responsibility. Every school in the collaboration's partnership has formal peer reviews conducted by the headteachers. Every year, one peer review is given to each school. These evaluations highlight opportunities for improvement as well as exemplary practise within the partnership. Following reviews, the schools work together to support each other to provide the very best education possible for the pupils in the partnership.
