I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to you at Bank End Primary School, a true community institution. Our neighbourhood of Worsbrough and Kendray, where we work as a team as part of United Learning, enjoys great ties with Hunningley Primary School and Barnsley Academy. Give them the best possible care, routines and boundaries so that they are healthy and have healthy attitudes; Give them time to talk in many different situations, encourage them to speak and think about wide ranging topics; Read to them, read with them and hear them read a lot. You won't ever regret spending time reading because it helps students learn everything they need to succeed in. Be ambitious for them and urge them to aim for the finest results so that they enter their future prepared to be excellent citizens. This both motivates learning and strengthens the link we have with our children. Every day at Bank End, we make sure that everyone puts their best effort into achieving those four goals. I think that every child is tremendously valuable and valued equally. I have therefore devoted my professional career to educating kids from many areas. I've worked with kids and families for more than 30 years, and in every circumstance I've seen, I've noticed one thing: kids do best when schools and parents collaborate closely.
