School has progressively declined in its ability to provide a holistic education for all pupils . Communication with parents and carers is one directional. Empathy and understanding of students with SEND is non existent and some of the school policies regarding attendance, rules of engagement and structure directly contravene the Equality Act 2010. Leadership is poor disordered and reactionary, with no sense of vision, connected community or social movement. There is a toxic male culture...
