Regardless of beginning points and taking into account each student's unique needs, The Windmills Junior School will motivate ALL of its students to develop the skills necessary for lifetime learning and to strive for the best results in reading, writing, and math. Teaching and learning will be inspiring, innovative, and enjoyable, and they will be based on a cross-curricular strategy that honours the arts, music, physical activity, and personal and social growth in order to give kids a strong foundation in all subject areas and the life skills they need to be productive members of society. They'll be capable students who are well-equipped for the next stage of their study. We think that by incorporating these values into our school and instilling them in our kids, we can help them develop the emotional fortitude and abilities they need to succeed in life.
