Being the headteacher of Westwood Park Community Primary School is a pleasure for me. We all put in a lot of effort and encourage one another to learn. Working together as a team is crucial, and you can always find someone to lend a hand if you need it. We take several excursions and welcome as many people to the school as we can. We recently visited the Manchester Museum, a Hindu Temple, and London's Albert Hall. Students went to Ordsall Hall to experience Tudor life. At the Contact Theatre, Macbeth was presented by our year 5–6 students. You are more than welcome to come see for yourself how great our school is. You can schedule a time that works for you or simply drop by for a talk and a tour. I've been a resident in Westwood Park for five years and I love it here! We are making excellent progress, and we are pleased with our March 2014 "Good" OFSTED report. a little about who I am. I adore reading. Burglar Bill is my favourite children's novel, and Jane Eyre or A Tale of Two Cities are my two favourite adult books—both of which I stayed up late to finish! Two cats, two fish, two guinea pigs, and a tortoise named Allegra are among my seven pets. I am a bit frightened of snakes and lizards. My dream trip would be to see a Blue Whale!.
