Leading edge expertise, quality provision and total commitment are our vehicles for success. The Bridge4Learning ethos seeks to provide all students with a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Our ambition is for all students to leave with increased emotional resilience, independence and the ability to build positive relationships with others. Bridge for learning has been established to provide a high quality education placement for students with significant social, emotional and behavioural difficulties whose needs cannot be met within traditional local authority provision. The identified needs of students are at the heart of whatever provision is made. All students can expect to be treated with the utmost respect and this is extended to their families and carers. Every effort will be made to engender a sense of personal self worth which will help students to show respect to others. We will work closely with parents, carers, local authority staff and other agencies to ensure that student's needs and aspirations are met. All students will have a personalised education programme to maximize their potential academically, physically, socially and emotionally and leave them well placed to move on successfully to further education, training or employment with training. The curriculum is designed to raise students' self esteem, develop positive attitudes and develop their skills so that they move on successfully to further education, training or employment with training. All staff will have the personal qualities, skills and expertise required to engage, manage and support students who have complex behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. All who work within Bridge4Learning will show a passion and commitment for working with our students and their families.
