Greetings from UTC Bolton. I consider it an honour to be in charge of such a cutting-edge institution, and I hope you share my enthusiasm for the opportunities we provide for young people. The North West region has a critical need for STEM skills, and UTC Bolton exists to fill that demand. Together with our sponsors, University of Bolton, we offer the academic and technical training necessary for local youth to fill highly skilled positions in the fields of engineering and health sciences. Our goal is to equip students with the necessary skills to fill the demand for highly skilled STEM jobs in the tech or health science fields. By ensuring that each student realises their full academic potential and participates in a variety of STEM enrichment programmes, we will achieve this. The newest generation of health scientists, professionals, technologists, and engineers are UTC Bolton students. I'm excited to accompany them on their journey and witness them get highly qualified jobs. I am committed to meeting with any student or parent who wants to learn more and consider their future at the UTC Bolton because I recognise that selecting a school or college can be one of the hardest decisions to make.
