I am really fortunate to serve as Torquay Academy's principal. For boys and girls aged 11 to 18, it is a joyful and engaging school. Everyone succeeds is my clear vision for every member of the school community. Torquay Academy educates young people who have high aspirations and the desire to achieve in a co-educational setting. We provide for the requirements of all of our kids in a nurturing environment by pushing and motivating them to achieve their full potential. As a result, students are able to take their next steps in life with confidence, initiative, and happiness. Our close partnership with Torquay Boys Grammar School continues to flourish with staff working collaboratively and students moving between the schools in the 6th form. You can only get a peek of this exceptional school via the prospectus. I cordially encourage you to come see for yourself the special advantages of a Torquay Academy education. You can find information about our open days here. You can also read my weekly blog, in which I discuss a few of the numerous activities and events that week. If you wish to make an appointment to meet with me please contact my PA; I am available on Thursday afternoons between 4.00pm and 5.30pm.
