Our curriculum is created in accordance with our ideals to promote achievement and limitless opportunity.
We will place a high priority on mental health so that our kids can grow strong social skills and improve their chances of succeeding in school.
We'll make sure all of our kids have access to a variety of outdoor and physical education opportunities.
All teachers will have high standards and will push all of their students.
By putting our principles at the centre of all we do, we can instil a love of learning in our kids (Values visible throughout the school and referred to throughout all we do).
Our kids will learn things and develop abilities that will let them compete with classmates around the country.
Leaders at all levels will carefully and properly plan and evaluate in order to guarantee that knowledge gaps are filled and that overall progress is made quickly.
Teachers will not wait until the upcoming unit, term, or school year to address the needs of the students; instead, planning and evaluation will do so right away.
Teachers will empower students to take charge of their own education and feel that anything is possible, even when it may be difficult or first fail (values, growth mind set, self and peer assessment, feedback).
Regardless of any obstacles, staff members will always work to guarantee that all of their students realise their full potential (strong AFL in all lessons).
We will design activities across our curriculum to make sure that our kids face difficulties that precisely put their resilience to the test and help them grow.
Respect for one another will be shown at all times in our school community.
Strong British Values will be emphasised, and individual uniqueness will be celebrated (Strong and consistent PSHE, Rights Respecting School).
Give kids the chance to help and comprehend people in the larger community (planned curriculum).
Both inside and outside the classroom, we shall respect our surroundings and create an environment that is dynamic and engaging.
We will share and celebrate our success while being proud of one another and ourselves.
All staff members will commit to understanding and supporting the SDP and Personal Growth Plan in order to fulfil the school's goal of providing our kids with exceptional teaching and learning.
Our basic values are inclusiveness and equal opportunities, which focus on offering all students an equal opportunity to receive education rather than treating people equally.
