Welcome to The Stourport High School and VIth Form College, we are honoured to have you. We appreciate your interest in and time spent learning more about our school. At Stourport High School, we pride ourselves on playing a significant role in helping all students develop their character and in their growth into well-rounded, confident and honest young people who will flourish. Our motto Carpe Diem, which means "seize the day to be the best that you can be," perfectly expresses this. Terrible behaviour policies. Can be upwards of 40 students in detention a day. Clearly something isn’t working. Some of the students have absolutely no respect for the teachers and nothing gets done by any higher ups. Students are rude and can be abusive to the teachers which affects all the kids that want to be there. So much truancy that teachers walk past kids in the corridor during lessons and do absolutely nothing. How this...
