It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our fantastic school. The atmosphere at St. Raphael's school is one of warmth and love, and I am sure that any visitor to our school will also receive a warm welcome and quickly feel at home. Central to our aims as a Catholic school, is to ensure that we work in a spirit of partnership with you, our parents, developing our respective roles and responsibilities, to teach children about respect, mutual understanding, and to deepen their relationship with God. When your child enrols in our school, we set out on a journey together that is unknown but still brimming with limitless potential. Naturally, our teaching and support staff are committed to making sure every child achieves good progress, but at St. Raphael's, we are also dedicated to fostering the development of the whole child. We are devoted to ensuring that each student leaves our school aware of their obligation to care for others and that they are the hands, feet, and eyes of Christ in this world. We are committed to making sure every child leaves our school understanding that they need to keep themselves healthy, enjoy a sport, play an instrument and take part in team activities examples include debating, science fair and choir. Since keeping our students safe is our top priority, all staff members at St. Raphael's Catholic Primary School are dedicated to safe working procedures. The students at St. Raphael's recognise that they are a source of tremendous pride for us, and they rise to the high expectations that are placed on them. In order to make every child's stay at our school effective and enjoyable, we look forward to working with both our long-standing families and those who are new to our school.
