Our goals, vision, and values form the basis of everything we do at St. Peter's.
They set the tone for our teaching and learning and create an atmosphere that enables our students to become responsible, capable, and confident individuals who can fully enjoy a healthy life.
As Christian educators, we work to completely connect with the God who calls us to life while staying in touch with the diversity of our ever changing world.
Living out our Catholic faith is an essential aspect of daily life at St. Peter's School.
We continue to have close ties to St. Peter's Church and the Catholic schools in the area.
As part of our dedication to the religious education programme "The Way, The Truth, and The Life," we encourage communal spiritual growth via worship and prayer.
Fr. Peter, our parish priest, frequently comes to the school to mentor and direct us in our faith.
Each term, infants and students in grades 3 through 12 participate in an age-appropriate Celebration of the Word service at school.
As soon as they enter third grade, our kids are urged to take part in the parish sacramental programme.
The school collaborates closely with St. Peter's and St. Vincent's Parishes to help our Catholic students get ready for First Communion and First Forgiveness.
St. Peter's and St. Simon's schools come together for Mass in St. Peter's Church to commemorate the feast of Sts. Peter and Paul.
At a yearly "Together in Faith" activity, our kids work alongside classmates from the nearby diocesan schools.
Easter and Christmas are special seasons of the year when our kids are urged to ponder on religious events during Lent and Advent, away from the influence of commercialism, through prayer and altruistic endeavours.
Our curriculum offers opportunity to learn about various Faiths throughout the year.
The study of Islam and Judaism is given considerable priority.
We serve the needs of others by living out our religion.
Every member of the family at St. Peter's School is valued for being uniquely made in the likeness of God.
Children who leave St. Peter's with a solid understanding of their own faith and the world around them will have been inspired, developed, encouraged, and educated by our efforts.
