The St Mary's Association of Parents and Teachers is open to all parents and carers of students enrolled at St Mary's (SMA for short).
It is a registered charity that exists to assist the school's operations.
Participating in the SMA is a fantastic way to meet new people and strengthen our community.
There are numerous ways to participate.
First and foremost, we cordially welcome you to attend the monthly meetings so you can learn more.
Running a coffee morning or a stall at an event, donating used toys, or simply showing up and taking part in one of our events may all make a difference.
Get in on the 200 Club Joining our 200 club, which gives you the chance to win a cash award, is a really simple way to contribute.
Donation Machine You can also contribute without spending a dime by registering and using The Giving Machine to make online purchases from your favourite stores.
Please choose St. Mary's when registering at www.TheGivingMachine.co.uk.
Do you work for a company that matches donations or monies that workers have raised for charities?
If so, you might be able to make a claim against them for money to equal the funds we raise during one of our events.
Please let one of the SMA treasurers know if you can assist.
The funds we raise are put to use for a variety of large and little projects, such as the addition of interactive whiteboards, playground activities for every class, new library books for KS2 students, new sports equipment, and wall bars for everyone in the last year.
We have finally turned the dreary old "garden" area into a lovely new garden for everyone to enjoy after years of fundraising.
