It is crucial to keep our kids safe and make sure their education prepares them for life in contemporary Britain. This modification is a crucial step in ensuring that we have a solid legal foundation for acting in schools when this is a problem. Most schools already advocate for British values. Making ensuring we have the resources necessary to step in and help if children are let down is the goal here. 2013 Department of Education. At St. Francis, we actively foster the moral principles that the Church teaches in order to mould our students' character and worldview. We are convinced that our continuous emphasis on the Gospel Values will provide our students with the knowledge they need to understand what it means to be a good Catholic citizen in Britain today and instil in them the fundamentals for a prosperous and fruitful future. We aim to demonstrate through the Archdiocese of Birmingham's Values and Virtues Catholic Profile how compassionate, loving, hopeful, and faith-filled we are in our daily lives. We also aim to demonstrate how intentional, curious, active, truthful, eloquent, generous, grateful, discerning, and attentive we are. We are able to establish meaningful connections between our students' values and the lives of others in their neighbourhood, nation, and the wider world through the RE and PSHE curricula. We provide knowledge of democracy, civic duty, norms and regulations, the monarchy, equality, morals and virtues, environmental awareness, and the richness and diversity of God's beautiful planet through our innovative curriculum.
