Primary school St. Boniface is a voluntary-aided institution run by Salford Local Authority and supported by the Diocese of Salford.
Boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 11 are served by the school.
It is a Roman Catholic school, St. Boniface.
We pass along the beliefs, tenets, and customs of the Roman Catholic Church.
All throughout the year, kids participate in religious events and school Masses.
We are honoured to bear the name of St. Boniface, a priest and missionary who dedicated his life to spreading the Good News of Jesus.
In 680, Saint Boniface was born in Devon.
He was given the opportunity to lead his Benedictine community as abbot, but he opted to carry out missionary work in Germany instead.
He committed his entire life to the Church, baptising souls and making peace between priests and Rome.
According to a legend, St. Boniface converted pagan people by felling an oak tree.
When he was getting ready to certify some converts in 754, he and 52 of his companions were killed.
We believe that parents and guardians who wish to enrol their kids at St. Boniface will encourage them to grow in their Catholic faith alongside us.
Children take part in the Salford Diocesan Sacramental Program in Year 3.
Children prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation, and First Eucharist throughout this year.
