St Basil's Catholic Primary School

At St. Basil's, our mission drives all we do and permeates every aspect of daily life. We go over our mission statement with kids on a regular basis. Our shared vision and principles for St. Basil's have been developed via collaboration between staff and governors. These have also been distributed to kids and families. If everyone—children, parents, carers, staff, and governors—succeeds in carrying out our goal, our vision statement outlines the results we want to achieve. We hope you will share our goals and principles for St. Basil's. extending a helping hand to our neighbours in the nearby parish and the larger world. Everyone in our school community, both students and adults, is significant. Our actions are always guided by our Christian faith and the Gospel Values. Seven basic values guide everything we do at St. Basil's and enable us to live out our school's mission every day. Throughout the year, we think about these principles and how they support our efforts to "Love, Learn, and Succeed" as members of the school community and the broader community. putting your faith and trust in God, yourself, and other people even when circumstances are difficult. being fully accountable for our acts, resolving to finish tasks, and making progress toward our goals Taking care of one another, especially when things go wrong, and ensuring that everyone is involved. embracing our diversity and acknowledging that God loves each and every one of us despite our differences. Understanding how our thoughts influence our emotions and actions so that we make the right choices especially when we find things difficult.
