If you do go into post 16 education we hope you will choose to continue your studies at St Augustine's Sixth Form Centre, which has an outstanding reputation which attracts large numbers of pupils from the surrounding area. We establish high standards for student conduct and effort in order to provide the finest sixth form experience possible, and we anticipate the highest levels of performance from all of our students. In order to help you pursue your future education and employment goals, the sixth form works to build on your academic achievement in Key Stages 4. As a result, we provide students with a variety of courses, including traditional A Levels as well as vocational and applied options. Most of our sixth-graders go on to pursue their education at many of the best institutions in the nation because all of these level 3 courses can lead to university entry. You will be well equipped for the challenges of employment when you leave us thanks to our guided pathways and expanding connections with employers. However, we work hard to make sure that every area of your personal profile is rich and vivid, so the focus is not just on academic advancement. As a result, we provide several options for participation in extracurricular activities like sports, drama, music, art, community service, and charitable work. Our sixth form students, who represent our school in the larger community, we feel play a key part in creating and maintaining our Catholic atmosphere.
