From the Redbridge Alternative Provision
At Redbridge Alternative Provision, we strive to give young people who are at danger of permanent exclusion or who have already been permanently excluded a high quality education that is personalised, inclusive, and exciting. A programme of all-encompassing pastoral care that sees to our kids' emotional and social needs runs parallel to this. At RAP, we encourage kids to take ownership of their actions, alter their behaviour, cultivate better attitudes about school, and advance academically throughout the whole spectrum of accessible curriculum possibilities. Throughout the academic year, students are given enrichment programmes in addition to classroom-based study. We recognise that everyone of our young people is an individual with unique experiences and backgrounds. We fervently think that by helping individuals to overcome their own obstacles, they should have the right to access the whole spectrum of opportunities offered by society.
