From the School
We collaborate with other schools to exchange expertise for the benefit of all children and staff, within the Trust, locally, regionally, and nationally. This is what we do as a Teaching School Alliance.
Our initial teacher training programmes are created to offer new teachers the most amount of support, and they have given hundreds of new teachers the self-assurance they need to endure and flourish in this of all professions.
We collaborate with other institutions of learning to improve the calibre of initial teacher education on a local and national level.
In order to meet their individual requirements, all teachers at the Loxford Trust Schools have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
Due to their proficiency in important areas of school effectiveness, our brilliant team of Lead Practitioners and Lead Practitioners in Training have all received accreditation from the SSAT (or are working toward this qualification).
Teachers working for the Trust may apply to be appointed as Lead Practitioners and Specialist Leaders of Education.
