Welcome to our school. This website provides you with a quick overview of daily life at Paddox Primary, but we would be happy to show you around in person. Please do not hesitate to contact the office staff if you would like to visit; they would be pleased to make the appropriate arrangements. At Paddox, we put a lot of effort into ensuring that every member of our community lives happily. By placing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being at the centre of everything we do, we achieve this. People, especially children, learn best when they are content and safe, so we put the most emphasis on making learning enjoyable, being dependable and predictable, giving members of our community the chance to express their worries if they choose to, and maintaining everyone's safety and security, all of which contribute to aspirational academic success. We accomplish this through a whole-school therapeutic strategy called Flourish, which prioritises the welfare of all parties involved, especially students, staff, and parents. We foster a sense of community inside our school so that it resembles a family where we can care for and develop each student. The children experience a sense of safety via this sense of belonging, and this is supported by the specialised support team we have on hand to help our students realise their highest potential. We continuously demonstrate desired behaviours, and all staff members have received training in a therapeutic strategy that encourages these behaviours. With the establishment of Flourish, we think we are achieving this goal for our entire school community each and every day. At Paddox, we want the students to graduate as well-rounded young people with the mindset that everything is possible.
