Absolutely appalling. The majority of staff have no care or concern for the mental health of students. Fighting and bullying is always happening, and isn't prevented most times. No action is taken if a student reports bullying, I reported bullying at least 30 times last year and nothing happened about it, they let it carry on to the point students were constantly throwing things at me and ripping hair out of my head. Staff members often shout and generally do not have great communication skills when it comes done to resolving the issue. My daughter over the past fews months has been shouted at and forced into side rooms where she has had a female slt staff member shout and slam her hands down as a method of communication.
