From the Oak Academy
Welcome to Oak Academy, which is well situated in the neighbourhood to provide high-quality teaching and learning. We are a rapidly improving academy, part of the Ambitions Academies Trust and I am very proud to work alongside both established and newly appointed colleagues, driven by the shared belief that every student has the right to learn, grow and achieve. All members of our community are driven by this mindset to improve the academic performance and future prospects of students. We place a high priority on teamwork and honest communication at all levels and consider the relationship between parents, teachers, and students to be essential to our success as a whole. Students at Oak Academy contribute significantly to fostering the warm and welcoming environment that makes daily life here so special by promoting a "no excuses" culture of learning. As a principal, my goal is to provide a welcoming, secure, and varied environment. One that pushes each of us to grow as learners so that we can feel confident facing whatever the future holds for life. I am eagerly anticipating meeting you and your child at Oak Academy.
