As proud members of The Rivers C of E Multi Academy Trust, we are a vibrant community school in Worcester. Our teaching staff is accomplished and enthusiastic about what they do. Every staff member wants every child to have a special day every day! Our amenities are first-rate, as are the school grounds. Northwick Manor's stakeholders are all dedicated to making it an exceptional school. Our school's ethos and the overall school goal that we all work for are best expressed in the words of our school song (see below). All of our students are held to high standards, and we expect them to "Raise their Game" in all they do. Visitors remark on the "learning buzz" that permeates the school as we study and play hard. The parents and carers of our students, as well as our governors and the larger community, provide us with a great deal of inspiration and support. Future is characterised by perpetual change. As evidenced by our motto, "Raising Our Game," we approach every new challenge with optimism so that the children in our care are prepared to leave us as responsible, independent, and self-assured young adults. Our school is built on collaborations of many types, and becoming one of Worcester's top schools is our ultimate goal.
