We are a learning organisation for all of our staff members as well as for our students. The significance we place on learning should be modelled by staff members in a school environment, so they regularly attend professional development seminars and are dedicated to furthering their education. Our strategy is centred on excellent teaching, and we collaborate within the Extol Academy Trust so that each school can appreciate and acknowledge the qualities of its partners and benefit from them. Since the academy's founding on September 1, 2016, it has been our goal to see that every student who attends it realises their full potential and graduates with the credentials, know-how, and character needed to succeed in any endeavour. Since young people only have one chance to receive an education, we make sure that it is of the finest calibre.
