I am delighted to introduce you to Moordown St. John's Church of England Primary School (which became an Academy within the Bournemouth Septenary Trust on 1st December 2015) and as Head teacher I welcome you on behalf of the pupils, staff and governors to our Church School serving the community of Moordown and Parish of St. John's. I sincerely hope you enjoy browsing through our website and learn a little bit about life at Moordown St. Johns Church of England Primary School. Since "partnership" is one of our main goals, it is crucial that the parents of our students think of Moordown St. John's as "their" school. The more closely we can work together to advance your child's education, the more we can both benefit. We are quite proud of our school, and the development, success, and general happiness of our students are of utmost importance to us. Every child should realise their full potential and graduate from Moordown St. John's prepared to be lifelong learners eager to love learning, accept civic responsibility, and be ambitious in everything they do.
