Welcome to the webpage for our school. You can get a sense of what Moorcroft Wood stands for and aspires to by reading this. We are a school that really does see itself at the heart of the community be it from teaching children to running classes for parents to opening the doors of the school library on a Saturday morning. Learning takes many guises - we not only focus upon the academic side of life but also spend a lot of time, effort and money on enriching our children's (and the community's) lives. We hold ourselves, our kids, and parents in high regard. We believe that in order to succeed we have a responsibility to nurture, feed and grow our children both academically and through wider opportunities - we have our own cub pack running on a Friday, we all sing at Walsall town hall as well as visiting such exciting places such as Stonehenge, York, Llandudno and climbing Snowdon and lest not forget all the animals and our fantastic outdoor learning environment. Please explore our website to learn more, and consider following us on social media to see what we're up to! .

We've been late quite alot due to mental health issues, sleep issues and family issues and the people at reception make me feel even worse than I already do. They ignore me when I say "so sorry we're late again" and they slap the book down and walk away, completely ignoring us. Another time my daughter came out of school sobbing with a really high temperature, she said all the teacher did to check her...
