Metheringham is a welcoming school committed to teaching and learning and assisting each student in realising their full potential. Through a creative and inventive curriculum, we hope to inspire our students. We also hope to inspire them to believe in who they are and what they are capable of, and we expect them to give everything they try their all. Therefore, "Inspire, Believe, and Achieve" serves as our school's motto, and we all strive to uphold it. Children learn best when they are content, comfortable, and secure, thus all staff members are dedicated to helping students and their families so that kids are prepared and able to learn. Our goal is to make sure that children's learning is rigorously based on the development of fundamental skills and is relevant, entertaining, and purposeful. We provide a variety of after-school, luncheon, and vacation options throughout the year, run by staff members and community-based outside providers. We sincerely hope you enjoy looking through our website and find the information you need. However, don't hesitate to get in touch with us personally if you have any questions at all. Visits from current and potential parents are always warmly welcomed. Contact Lee Evans in the school office if you need a paper copy of any of the information that is available on our website; she will make arrangements to send it to you without charge.
