Being chosen as Mapledene's next headteacher makes me happy and proud. I've already been treated incredibly well, and I'm looking forward to getting to know all the kids and their families over the coming weeks. I have almost twenty years of effective experience in the field of education, twelve of those in whole school leadership. My professional experience includes dealing with children of various ages, from those in pre-nurseries to those in high schools. I have a keen interest in education research and have had articles published by Optimus Eduation and the International Journal of Science Education. As headteacher, my top objective is to expand on Mrs. Faulks' tremendous work so that the school may continue to grow and prosper as it moves from Good to Outstanding. I know how important it is for schools to engage closely with parents and the larger community since I am a parent myself. I will make sure that our curriculum is interesting and helps every child to advance since I think that success and enjoyment go hand in hand. You will undoubtedly support our demands for very high standards in attendance, performance, and behaviour. If you have any questions or issues, don't be afraid to contact us. We appreciate your continuous dedication to Mapledene and your support of the faculty and students there.
