We are not choosy because we think local kids should go to local schools. We embrace diversity and welcome kids from at-risk groups like FSM, SEND, LAC, etc. All of our employees receive ongoing, top-notch professional development. We abide by the National Joint Council's and school teachers' pay and conditions. We actively engage trade unions in our decision-making and collaborate with them in a beneficial way. In behaviour collaborations and challenging to establish protocols, we fully participate.
