Little Thurrock Primary School is committed to providing all of its children with a top-notch education, helping them reach their full potential, and equipping them with the skills and attitudes they need to be productive citizens in the twenty-first century. Make sure the curriculum is improved to fit the needs of each and every one of our pupils. increase the ability of children to look for their own health, safety, and welfare. Know that parents and other carers are essential to a child's education. These commitments lay the groundwork for all that the governors and school do, and they reflect the fervour and dedication that drive us to work hard for the future of our children. Everyone at Little Thurrock Primary School works to maintain the culture of a school where each person is valued and has their needs met, where diversity is celebrated in a safe and welcoming environment, where the children, teachers, governors, parents, and volunteer helpers are respected and cared for, and where learning opportunities are maintained to the highest standards by utilising all available information and resources. We share the six balanced co-operative ideals that are ingrained throughout the school by both staff and students because we are a partner in the Osborne Co-operative Academy Trust. We ensure that everyone is valued and accorded fair and equitable treatment. Respect for each other's religious convictions and tolerance for those who practise other religions or none at all. The relationship between these ideals and our cooperative values is illustrated in the following table. Student input is gathered by the school council, whose members are chosen from each class. The school has modified items like the playground areas and develops the curriculum with input from the students. Children are encouraged to express their ideas, thoughts, and views during PSHE, RE, and assemblies.
