Welcome to Lawrence Sheriff School's Sixth Form.
In addition to a BTEC Level 3 certificate in Engineering, we provide a comprehensive range of AS and A level courses to aspiring sixth graders in Rugby and the surrounding area.
We are happy to announce that beginning in September 2018, girls will be allowed to enrol in our sixth form.
Although there isn't a set time for work experience in the sixth form, students can arrange for it at times that work for their academic schedule and the availability of suitable employers.
As part of this programme of study, students who have chosen the BTEC Engineering course will complete some pertinent work experience.
It is accurate to state that we provide each student with individualised help during this phase of their sixth-form education.
We acknowledge that the majority of sixth-form students at Lawrence Sheriff School are eager to attend university and have put in place a comprehensive curriculum to help the pupils through this process.
There is a lot of independent career assistance available for students who are not thinking about going to college, with a focus on finding an apprenticeship and a job.
The rest of the school community looks up to sixth formers as role models, and they are crucial to the vertical tutoring structure.
The sixth form students soon establish good working ties with all of the teachers and enjoy their time there.
