With 180 students enrolled, Kesgrave High School was inaugurated in 1931 by Captain Harrison, the headmaster. It's an exhilarating moment to be a student here in 2019 with over 1830 students enrolled. Both a National Teaching School and a National Research School Partner designation have been given to the institution. The three period day, which is now extensively utilised in schools across the nation, was invented in Kesgrave. A very comprehensive and balanced curriculum is guaranteed and delivered through our curriculum design. All pupils complete the compulsory topics for the National Curriculum, and in Years 8 and 9, they are able to choose which GCSEs to take.
