attempting to ensure that the school is at the heart of the neighbourhood by engaging neighbours and participating in neighbourhood events.
Through worship and assemblies, children can become more aware of and concerned about issues that affect the entire world.
a comprehensive religious education programme that teaches kids about various religions.
a behaviour code that is simple, effective, and built around the values of respect and justice.
To fulfil the requirements of the students in our school and the abilities they will require to be successful adults in the future, we will continue to construct and develop our curriculum.
This will entail expanding our current broad curriculum to include excellent English and Math teaching and learning, a comprehension of personal, social, and health education, British values, opportunities for music and performance, developing outdoor learning, ensuring good opportunities for Science, Technology, and Math, expanding learning about various cultures and religions, making sure our ICT is up to date, and making sure there is a good provision of PE and other extracurricular activities.
In order to meet the needs of the curriculum, we will continue to develop various learning areas in the school, such as EYFS provision, outdoor learning opportunities, flexible ICT arrangements so that it can be used across the curriculum, opportunities for children to be quiet and reflective within the school, stimulating classroom environments, and learning environments that reflect our multi-cultural nature.
We understand that our staff is priceless and essential to the success of the school, and we will collaborate to make sure they have networking opportunities and that their talents and knowledge are respected and effectively utilised.
When introducing new projects, we'll make sure that staff members receive good professional development and that work-life balance is taken into account.
We place a lot of importance on being very clear about our mission, our goals, and our plan of action.
As you visit our school, you will immediately see and understand our vision, which is well recognised and accepted by everyone in the school community.
Everyone will be able to tell that we are a Christian school that values each student and is compassionate and loving.
How our goal will be realised is explained in the school development plan and the five-year plan.
