In September 2016, Conway Primary School and Greet Primary School established the Create Partnership Trust. Hodge Hill Primary School joined us in January 2017, and Brookfields joined us in November 2018 to become the most recent addition. The goal of the multi-academy trust Create is to work closely with the three schools to provide the greatest possible education for every student. Together, Greet, Conway, Hodge Hill, and Brookfields formulate policy, exchange best practises, and encourage and push each other forward. Every child should receive a well-rounded education, feel secure and happy, and be well-prepared to continue their education in secondary school. We are devoted to creating leaders and employees of the highest calibre who put in a lot of effort both on their own and with their teams. So that they may be even more successful in ensuring that the kids make the best progress possible personally, academically, and socially, the Trust promotes their skill development and aids them in identifying a professional route. The Greet Teaching School, which has a special designation to be outward-facing in order to bring more teachers into the profession, to develop leaders, and to provide support to other schools in Birmingham by working closely with external partners, such as the Birmingham Education Partnership, is under my leadership as the CEO of the Trust, which includes the four schools and Greet. By emphasising trustworthy relationships as the foundation of all our work, we are developing Create. Everyone is held to a high standard, and we never become complacent in our pursuit of excellence. We are building futures for all of us, including our students, our staff, our families, and our communities. We anticipate a bright future, significant progress as a group, and collaborative engagement with our communities, families, and schools. Together, we are more powerful.
