The curriculum is more than merely a list of the subjects covered in class. The curriculum outlines every activity that takes place in the classroom and aids in teaching kids about the outside world. Any curriculum must cover all the activities in a school designed to promote the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of pupils and prepare them for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life and society. 3. To provide a broad and balanced curriculum, fostering independent and positive attitudes towards learning, so that children develop skills for the next stage in their education and for future life. 5. To uphold moral principles that foster self-control and emphasise pride in Hill View Junior Academy. Foster an empathetic, tolerant, and understanding attitude toward others as well as a desire to care for the environment through the teaching of life skills and the school's ethos. to encourage a collaborative working environment among all students, staff, governors, parents, and the community. Always keep in mind that we should do whatever we can for the children. By collaborating with parents, we hope to support each child's intellectual, spiritual, moral, cultural, and social growth. The Home/School Agreement, which can be found at the front of the pamphlet, attempts to strengthen the relationship between home and school by letting parents know what the school is aiming to accomplish.
