Children at Hendal Primary School feel like they belong there. Every child's unique needs are met with pride, and we have high standards for behaviour and learning. Everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. Children can connect subjects across the curriculum thanks to our engaging curriculum. We provide a wide range of field trips, visits, and residentials that support our preference for hands-on education. We value the effect that this and high-quality instruction have on the outcomes of students. Children learn in a safe and supportive setting. Our faculty members are committed and knowledgeable. We have a vigilant governing authority behind us. Strong parent partnerships exist, and parents take an active interest in their kids' education. We actively promote our British Values and have ties to the neighbourhood that are supportive. We recognise the value of having fun while we learn and value the excellent relationships that everyone in our school builds. Children are urged to "have a voice," and much emphasis is placed on teaching them to think independently and make the "correct" decisions. While recognising the accomplishments of every child, we work to foster independent, lifelong learners.
